Sensorem's safety alarm is completely subscription-based, i.e. no charge is made for the smartwatch itself. The cost per month is SEK 300 (incl. VAT) and there is no commitment period.
When placing an order, you can choose from the following payment options:
- Autogiro (the cost is automatically deducted from your bank account every month)
- Credit card (the cost is automatically deducted from your bank/credit card every month)
- Invoice - the cost is paid by invoice. With this choice, six months of usage are billed at a time, i.e. the first invoice will be SEK 300 x 6 months = SEK 1,800 and this will be sent via e-mail or by physical post.
- Invoice 12 months - payment for one year's use in advance and the watch itself is included i.e. you never have to return it. The first invoice will be SEK 2,900 (i.e. 20% discount for paying for one year in advance) and this will be sent via e-mail or by physical post.
If you want the invoice to be sent to the user (instead of the person ordering), just write this under notes when you order.

Yes, it works great - we have several customers where relatives have ordered alarms for both their parents directly. When you place an order, you simply update the shopping cart with the number of units you want. Sensorem will then contact you at the email address you entered under billing address regarding priority order for alarm receivers etc. for each user.
Sensorem will then send a new watch free of charge! As we sell the service as a subscription, it is our responsibility to ensure that the user has a watch that works.
If the user presses the alarm button, relatives receive an alarm notification with GPS position in the Sensorem app and are automatically called by the smart watch. In the event that none of the senior's relatives answer, the call is forwarded to Sensorem's alarm center (always open 24/7).

Yes, this is possible. This can be interesting if you easily want to be able to call the mobile phone and the watch without having to make "two separate calls". However, this setting takes place in different ways depending on which operator you use, but it is therefore possible that the call to the mobile phone is automatically forwarded to the watch (if there is no answer), see below:

If you want to forward all calls from the mobile directly to the watch, you can easily do this under settings on the mobile phone, regardless of which mobile subscription you use:
No, the user must press the physical alarm button to trigger the alarm.
We have actively chosen to use a manual fall alarm when we developed the safety alarm. The automatic fall alarms on the market today are not accurate enough to detect all falls – for example, a user may fall very gently without triggering an alarm – in these cases automatic fall alarms provide false security.
Another problem with automatic fall alarms is that they can generate numerous false alarms and thus rather create increased anxiety among relatives.
All in all, we have therefore chosen not to use automatic fall alarms today, but it is not impossible that we will build this into the safety alarm in a few years when the development has progressed further.

Sensorem's mobile safety alarm is therefore not connected to the municipality or home care service, but is a private service. From a technical point of view, however, there is no problem to arrange that the alarm goes to the municipality or home service, but in such a case the user first needs to coordinate with the municipality/home service so that this is OK with them.
