The senior watch communicates via the mobile network and works everywhere. The watch is waterproof and can be used everywhere. It is perfectly fine to shower with the watch!
If the physical alarm button is pressed for three seconds, relatives are called in predefined order and push notifications are sent out to relatives in the Sensorem app.

Alarm center (24/7)
If no relative answers, the call is forwarded to Sensorem's alarm center (open 24/7). The user talks to the alarm center from the watch's speakerphone, and the alarm center forwards the call to SOS Alarm if the situation is urgent.
App for relatives
The user's relative downloads Sensorem's app in the App Store or Google Play Store. From the app, relatives can follow the user's GPS position in real-time and they receive an alarm notification if the user presses the alarm button.
The app is downloaded in few seconds and the service includes login for up to five relatives.
Getting started with the safety alarm for elderly
1. The safety alarm is delivered in a nice box that contains the watch, charging cable, adapter and two user manuals (one for the user and one for the relative).
2. The senior watch is delivered fully set-up and ready to use immediately.
3. In order to start the senior watch the alarm button is pressed until the Sensorem logo appears in the display.
4. In order to charge the senior watch the magnetic charger is connected to the back of the watch.
5. The manuals that come with the watch are also sent by email both to users and relatives according to the email addresses specified when placing an order.
6. Relatives download the Sensorem app by scanning the QR code found in the user manual for relatives.
7. When the senior watch is delivered we recommend that you test the alarm by pressing the alarm button.
How to use the features in Sensorem's safety alarm for elderly
Physical alarm button
If the safety alarm's physical alarm button is pressed in three seconds the senior's relatives are called in predefined order and push notifications are sent out in the Sensorem app.
Built-in speaker phone
The safety alarm has a built-in SIM card. It is possible to call the watch with a simple push of a button.
Real-time positioning and geofence
Relatives can use the Sensorem app to see the user's position in real-time on a map. Relatives can set a safe area in the Sensorem app, and if the user leaves the safe area an alarm notification is sent to relatives. This can be particularly important when the user suffers from dementia.
Easy to charge
The watch's battery life is about five days and can be charged in about three hours with the included magnetic charger. The safety alarm warns both the user and relatives (through the app) if the battery level is low.
Customized switchboard
The built-in telephone has a customized switchboard that automatically and in a predetermined order calls relatives in the event of an alarm. The exchange detects if an answering machine answers and then connects the call to the next relative in the predefined order.
Alarm notifications
Relatives are warned in the Sensorem app if, for example, the battery level is too low.
Works worldwide
The safety alarm works worldwide! The watch works everywhere there is mobile coverage.
Warning in case of lost positioning
Relatives are warned in the app if the user is in an area without coverage.

Home symbol
When the user of the watch is at home, this is shown in the app by the home symbol.
Real-time GPS location
Relatives who have access to the app can see where the user is at any time through GPS location in the watch.

Mark which area(s) are safe for the user to stay in and receive warning notices if the user leaves this area.
History
Under history, relatives can see the watch's notification history.
Alarm notice
If the user raises the alarm, relatives receive an alarm notification in the app.
